Agreement to Terms

By accessing or booking services through OKKO Studio (okkostudio.ca), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OKKO Studio.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to receive any service from OKKO Studio. By proceeding with a booking, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. OKKO Studio reserves the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.

Appointment Booking & Payments

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed appointments will be honored at the agreed rate.

• Late arrivals may shorten the duration of your session or result in cancellation.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Health Conditions & Liability

• Clients are fully responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, current medications, and contraindications during booking and consultation.

• OKKO Studio is not liable for adverse effects that result from incomplete or inaccurate health disclosure, failure to follow pre-/post-care instructions, or individual responses to treatment.

• Informed consent is required for all procedures. A waiver must be signed before any treatment begins.

Results Disclaimer

• Every client heals differently. Results may vary depending on skin type, health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

• OKKO Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations or individual biological response.

Refund & Correction Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are provided for completed treatments.

• If you experience an unexpected result, contact us within 48 hours to discuss a complimentary correction, if applicable.

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void eligibility for corrections.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
